Tovah has been a meditator since her youth, and has come to her own Knowing through the intensity of Life experiences, serious study, dedicated practice, and embodying a Way of Life congruent with opening to an expanded Consciousness of Oneness. Tovah studied for several years in the mystical Enlightenment wisdom of the ancient Essenes with Rabbi Gabriel Cousens, M.D., and is an ordained Rabbi and Spiritual Guide. She carries these energies forward to this time, transmitting these universal spiritual wisdoms, into relevance for the unique needs of this generation so that we each have the opportunity to Know our True Human Potential.

I have had the blessed honor to work with individuals for over two decades in their personal process of healing and transformation. Transformation is the true journey of the human experience. It is a journey that holds mystery and paradox, and, quite honestly, requires getting a bit comfortable with the uncomfortable. It is a process of Remembering, of Awakening, of coming Home. True transformation essentially starts with the practice of deep self-love, loving ourselves exactly as we are. And, as counter-intuitive as it may sound, it is from there that deep transformation begins to unfold, a Mystery opening into a deep personal Knowing.
