Ho'oponopono - Tovah and Friends

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian word for forgiveness and reconciliation. We open to this chant offering ourselves compassion and forgiveness, not for the past thoughts, words, and actions that we regret, but for the harshness of our own self judgement and condemnation. With self compassion comes self forgiveness. Both self compassion and self forgiveness of an embrace of "I know, I see you, I receive you, I love you". This self embrace allows us to move on from self condemnation and open to a fuller human experience. Self forgiveness allows the opening to transformation, an unfolding into Moreness. We also open to this chant in recognition that we are each part of the whole of the collective of human consciousness. All of the suffering that we experience, witness, that we watch unfold across the planet...
